What is a Reserve Officer?
An op6 Reserve Officer is an Officer that is hired on without a set-schedule, but works based upon his/her own availability. Reserve Officers are often called upon to cover open shifts, events, and for extra-coverage requests.
How are Reserve Officers Managed?
At the point of hire, Reserve Officers provide op6 with their current availability – when they are essentially NOT available for work. This information is plugged into a WMS platform, allowing op6 management to fill slots based upon the Officer’s availability.
