Op6 Reserve Officer Program

An Op6 Reserve Officer is an Officer that is hired on without a set-schedule, but works based upon his/her own availability.  Reserve Officers are often called upon to cover open shifts, events, and for extra-coverage requests.

At the point of hire, Reserve Officers provide Op6 with their current availability - when they are essentially NOT available for work.  This information is plugged into a WMS platform, allowing Op6 management to fill slots based upon the Officer's availability.
